Description
The only requirement to join the bookclub is that you read on a middle school/high school level. Also, we will be picking books for the rest of the year. Please if possible, come with some choices on books that you'd like to read.
We have put the following stipulations in place for picking books;
- Books have to be released in 2017, 2018, or being released in 2019.
- You may not have read the book prior.
- Books need to have a reasonable amount of pages. No more than 350 pages. Remember, these books have to be read on top of your already busy school schedule.
- Gender Neutral stories.
- Books have to be appropriate.
- Books need to be Young Adult or within the reading levels of teenagers. Books with lower reading levels that have enough substance for discussion like "The Giver" are okay.
